Yes, these terms apply to your account regardless of which Indian state you are in. However, access and eligibility depend on local law in your state, and it is your responsibility to confirm that using this platform is permitted where you are located.

We may update these terms at any time. Where a change is material, we aim to notify you via email or an in-account message. Continuing to use your account after a published update means you accept the revised terms.

If your account is closed at your request and a positive wallet balance exists, we will process a withdrawal to the UPI, Paytm or PhonePe method on record. Closure due to a terms breach may affect withdrawal eligibility as described in our policy.

Contact support via live chat or email with your transaction reference number. We investigate all disputes within five working days and communicate the outcome by email. Unresolved disputes may be escalated under the process outlined in these terms.

We share your data only where required by applicable Indian law or where necessary to process your UPI, Paytm or PhonePe transactions with the relevant payment processor. We do not sell your personal data to marketing third parties.
